What are the fall protection guidelines?

OSHA 1926.451 (b)
  1. Scaffold Platforms must be fully planked using scaffold grade plank or manufactured plank or decks
  2. Guardrails
    1. Ensure all open sides and ends are guarded with a midrail and toprail
    2. Or use a personal fall arrest device

Do not remove guardrails or any other scaffold components used for fall protection.
